1. Educational content and medical calculators · FOAMed project
The examination technique pages, classifications, literature summaries and clinical calculators are educational and reference resources within Free Open Access Medical Education (FOAMed). They are intended for healthcare professionals and students in health sciences.
The content is general and informational. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment recommendation for an individual patient, and it does not replace the judgement of the clinician responsible for care.
Calculators and decision-support tools process entered data according to the models and criteria described on their pages. Results are indicative: check the assumptions, intended population, sources and current recommendations, and interpret results in the clinical context. They must not be used alone to make diagnostic or treatment decisions.
Information may be incomplete, contain errors or fail to reflect the latest updates. Consult original sources, current professional guidelines and product information (SmPC/IFU). Where sources differ, refer to the primary documents and applicable local protocols.
For patients: these resources are not intended for self-diagnosis or self-management of treatment. For health concerns, contact your doctor or specialist.

The VascularReport software for preparing and managing reports is proprietary software. Its code, interface, organisation and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Access to or use of the program does not transfer ownership of the software or grant rights beyond the applicable licence. Unless authorised in writing or permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense or attempt to decompile the program or any part of it.

An external link does not imply endorsement of the linked site's content.
